Noorani Qaida Lesson 4 - The Movement Signs are Beneficial for Pronouncing the Words of the Arabic Script
Noorani Qaida Page 7 consists of short vowels of Arabic language. In this lesson, you may find that there are three movements in Arabic alphabets. Surely, you may need to recognize and remember them. For instance, Fathah (ــَــ), Kasrah (ـــِــ), and Dammah (ـــُــ). The Fathah symbol is written above the letter, and Kasrah is below the letter. The dammah is also above the letter but the shapes and pronunciation of dammah and fathah are different. Moreover, you have to keep in mind that these symbols are not prolongedly pronounced and not even with a jerk.
